Hey It's Pink Saturday Again

Good Morning From the Mountains,
Our seasons are ready to change and fall is right around the corner, Our children will start school in a couple week and of course it is foot ball season for the high schools. Mine are long out our of high school but it always brings back good memories.
OK! On to Pink Saturday, I am going to share a few of my favorite things with you.
The first is another Doll from My collection. She is a vintage store mannequin, I inherited her from my MOM, who also was a lover of Dolls and had a wonderful collection. This little lady is about the size of a 10 years old, has a cloth body. she sits in a chair in one of my bedrooms.

This is a beautiful table lamp I painted and decided to keep for myself. It is a vintage brass lamp that I painted white and added a wonderful design of pink roses all the way around. To accent the shade I added a vintage dress collar.
Last winter I got in the mood to do some cross stitching while watching TV at night. I made some pillows for my granddaughters and sold some on my web site. I am so high energy that I can't just sit and watch tv, I need to be doing something with my hands, Some times this is great and some times not. I do get a lot done.
This is a wonderful assortment of sachets that we sold as a Bakers dozen with the stand.

We have had so many new ladies to join and share Pink Saturday, so be sure you visit Beverly and stop by as many as you can and let them know you were there. Just click on the PINK LADY TO THE LEFT. I love to hear from you and enjoy visiting as many as I possibly can. Hope you have a Blessed day.
Judy

Well, the pillows are beyond lovely. I have such a fondness for cross-stitch. My mother was a master level stitcher. And I've done my share too, but don't find time very often. Thank you for sharing. It made me smile.

The pink doll is so cute. That would be a good way to display your own little girls cuttest dress and shoes.

Your lamp came out beautiful. Was it hard to paint over brass? Happy Pink Saturday.

Wonderful pink, but the lamp just grabbed me. I love it. Is that hard to do? I have to old ceramic lamps in my garage that are in perfect working order, they are just ugly (80s rose/blue combo) and dated. I do need more light and if I could remake one of these lamps that would be divine!
